All products sold by DigiGlowDrop are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Refunds

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.

If you experience any issues downloading your files, receive a corrupted file, or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue or provide replacement files if necessary.
